At Taazamart, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver only the freshest and highest-quality grocery items. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


 

 

🕒 Delivery Time

We deliver your grocery order within 90 minutes across Mingora city, depending on availability and conditions.


 

 

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or spoiled fruits and vegetables

  • Expired or low-quality items

  • Wrong or missing items in the order

⚠️ Perishable items are non-returnable unless they are delivered in unacceptable condition.


 

 

🔁 Replacement or Instant Refund

  • If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement on the spot.

  • If the customer does not accept the replacement, a full refund will be issued immediately at the time of delivery.


 

 

📦 How to Report an Issue

  • Inform the delivery rider at the time of delivery, OR

  • Contact our support team within 2 hours of receiving the order

  • Share a photo (if needed) to help us verify the issue


 

 

💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds are given on the spot via cash or the original payment method

  • For digital payments, refunds will be processed within 1–3 working days (if not handled immediately)


 

 

❌ No Refunds On:

  • Change of mind after accepting delivery

  • Partially used or consumed products

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or situations beyond our control (unless quality is affected)
